Payments
» When a secure payment is made via PayPal, no information is collected by Harpgear.net
» Online card payments are processed by PayPal via a secure server, and authorised while on-line. The transaction will be approved in just a few seconds
» The currency of all sales and services is in £ (UK Pounds Sterling). You should consider the exchange rate at the time of your payment, if paying in another currency
» Customers outside the UK and EEC must make themselves familiar with, and be responsible for, any import or customs duty, and/or sales tax which their country may impose
» Customers (UK and overseas) also have the option of making payment by direct bank transfer. If you wish to do this, please email a request for bank details
Complaints
» In the unlikely event of a problem, any complaint should be made to Harpgear.net by email. We endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days
» It is not the policy of Harpgear.net to be obstructive with any difficulty, and it is recommended that you should contact Harpgear.net if any matter arises
Distance Selling Regulations
» In accordance with Department of Trade & Industry's 'Distance Selling Regulations', UK customers have the legal right to return goods, in perfect condition, within 7 working days of receiving them. Please retain packaging for this purpose
» The customer must notify Harpgear.net in writing that the goods will be returned
» The customer must arrange for, and pay for, the return of goods
» The customer must insure the goods against loss or damage
» A full refund of the net cost of goods will be made within 30 days, less an administration charge of £20.00
